Why a team

Riders improve faster inside a team.

Pro riders get better because of the people around them: stronger teammates, staff who see what you can’t, and one shared goal on the calendar.

reset cc gives you the same, with your own coach and a season roadmap to Worlds. Juan, Craig, Jonathon and Marko all qualified for Gran Fondo Worlds in their first season with the team.

Zack Morris built and ran Team EF Coaching for five years, working with professional riders and building training used by thousands of athletes. He built reset cc to bring the professional team environment to masters riders pursuing progress.

FAQs

  • What is reset cc?

Pro-level cycling coaching with the team environment that comes with it. Every member gets their own coach, a season roadmap to the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships, team camps at the races with full staff and the custom team kit. Team Rider and Full Season members also ride the Factor team bike.

  • Who is reset cc for?

Anyone committed to progress, from riders in their first structured season to riders chasing a podium at Worlds. No power number gets you in. We look for riders who commit to the training and to racing.

  • What’s included in membership?

Every level includes a weekly updated training plan, strength and mobility programming, meal plans and fuelling, two 30-minute coach calls a month, a qualification roadmap, World Championships preparation and the three-week Girona training block.

  • How do the three levels differ?

Member includes one team camp of your choice and the custom kit. Team Rider adds the Factor team bike. Full Season includes the bike, the kit and all four race camps: Millars, Majestics, Worlds and Varese. The membership page has the full comparison.

  • How do I qualify for the World Championships?

You qualify by racing a UCI Gran Fondo World Series event. We choose your qualifiers with you and plan your training around them.

  • Do I need the team bike?

Only if you choose Team Rider or Full Season, which include it. Members ride their own bike.

  • I’m already coached by reset. Does anything change?

No. Current athletes keep their plan exactly as it is.

  • How do I join?

Apply through the form. We talk through your season and which level fits, then you sign for the season and your support starts straight away.
